The 8K Mirror polishing machine specialize in buffing the surface of the sheet and coil with the water and food grade abrasive, let the sheet and coil sanding pattern is mirror.

The Surface Gloss is over 500 after finished. (Before 525.8)

The surface roughness is below 0.3.

The speed of the machine is very slow, in order to keep the sheet and coil under the enough mechanical reaction.

Whole of the production line, the main production of the 8K is over 700 Ton/ once month.

And the production line should cover more than 40*8 square meters.

The kinds of rough group are 180# 240# 400# 600# and so on. Because of the craft of the mirror in different line, it can adjust the suitable rough group by their selves, and the rough group is not unchanged.

It is up to customers' choice and the requirement of the sanding pattern.

If possible, we also want to receive the sample of the sanding pattern from your side.

The grinding head change to the new ones, need the sheet to clean the dirty stuff to keep the buffing results.

This is produced in an equivalent manner to a No.6 finish, the final operation being done with extremely fine buffing compounds. The final surface is blemish free with a high degree of image clarity and is the true mirror finish.
